IMCX Alto Verde Copper amalgamation

Interra Copper (IMCX.c IMIMF) is set to amalgamate with Alto Verde Copper. With this, IMCX will control the 3 projects Alto recently purchased from FCX.

These projects are all located on the Chilean Copper Belt which accounts for 28% of the world's copper production each year. The projects are also close to huge mines owned by Anglo American (AAL), Glencore (GLEN), Teck (TECK $TECK.B) and BHP.

Considering this the amalgamation could be a big catalyst for IMCX once it becomes official.
