Global Revolving Credit Facility increase

Global Revolving Credit Facility increase Due to purchase of the last 25% of Rednet which probably cost them $32 million euros - roughly 46 million CAD or 34.28 USD.
My thought , if I have any at this time of day , is it allows them to operate as the acquirer they are.
