Investors SilentThere seems to be a vacuum of investor commentary on UGE. The share price is lagging the enterprise value of UGE imo. There is a very small float in UGE because 3 individuals, who are related to the company own almost half of the outstanding share float. If the CEO could garner some interest in the company our share price would rocket upward. Thats great for investors, but too much concentration can work against us.
Nick, the CEO, seems to be happy issuing green bonds at 9% interest per annum rather than doing a PP and issuing more shares.
Until the public float increases to a level that allows a decent daily average for shares trading on the market, we will stay range bound.
