The title references that the stock was at 4 dollars at the time Endzone made that post.

Reality dilution cratered the stock to almost 1 dollar from 4 dollars.

Endzone what she was saying the last time the company got money by diluting shares. As he is now he is saying it would be going up. At the peak he was saying the same thing last time at 4 dollars.
