RE:FDA states Barium Sulphate continues as a Drug

The 6th month batch testing they are required to do is for the fda drug application. It will not cost millions more. Brent states issues with legislature around devices previously and the government is unsure how to proceed. Now sure if it was in a video or news release. I will look later and see if I can find it.
