A lot of good points. I wrote similar concerns.  Its a big money high stskes game that they are playing with risks that they clearly have not accounted for. You comments about the cash on hand is a very good point. Note that even when the wells come on it takes time for cash to be recieved back. The last well has by far exceeded the timeframe from spud to prod. That definitely effects cashflow and the model. 

is the cost only 95k a day.  Seams very light for offshore and supply train issues. My guess is thats only rig cost, not everything else? Always substantial costs on peripheral equipment and supply chains. 


Not bailing yet but getting very concerned. Inexperience can eat your lunch especially when your on a shoestring budget/plan.
