Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

RE:IIF Update

The presentation was short but informative. . . a few things to add to QD's notes:

He referred to Dundee's selling as a great opportunity for people to buy stock at a discount. Said he expects price will go back to previous levels once Dundee is completely out
Still 6 months ahead of schedule underground
They are on budget (though I personally think there's an argument to be made against that)
He said the reason we do not have pictures fo the construction is because they do not have a dedicated PR person to deal with that but they are working on it
He talked about the live underground telecom system and that it will facilitate automation of the mine in the future
He spoke about the Sangdong town and how it is coming back to life because of the mine
He mentioned we had "hundreds" of retaitl shareholders 18 months ago but now number in the "thousands"
Will possibly go to market for financing of the downstream expansion
