Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

He also mentioned that financings are being done at the request of currenct shareholders who wish to increase their position not because they need the money.

He's not interested in raising funds through the market for the downstream at current share price levels
