Sorry but I'm missing it.....

Sorry but I'm missing it.....The divy the last quarter was .52cents per share,,,, someone is screeming there is a 23% increase?????   Thje next divy payable at the end of March is.52 cents...... sorry but what am I missing.... there is no divy increase.....
