Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

Not sure if that is fair to all shareholders if we add financing when it is not needed just because some shareholders want it?

Also, if current shareholders want to increase positions, they should instead buy out Dundee's remaining 2.5 million at a discount price.

Wouldn't that make a ton of sense?
