I do know brokers use a signal to communicate to each other and this may be what is happening here.

IMO, we are getting closer to crunch time now on several fronts particular with the partnership announcement.
.
What we do know, the PP cannot be announced until the "Partnership Agreement" takes place, as per what the LOI stated.
