RE:RE:Auxly ‘Growth’…

RE:RE:Auxly ‘Growth’…

Clearly Auxly is still falling short financially. Repeatly striking out against stated EBITDA targets for well over three years now.

Quite frankly SCQuin, I'm not at all a fan of repricing old warrants in order to access financing.

In so far as the old warrants at C$0.38 had become more or less useless Auxly has effectively made this offering consist of 1 share and roughly 1.3 purchase warrants per unit. That's a pretty hefty premium considering the price per unit is less than a third of Auxly's Book Value.

The fact that we're dealing with a previous investor offers no freakin' consolation considering the predatory behaviour employed by previous investors to drive the SP into the depths if dispair. These investors are being rewarded for abhorrent behaviour and I find that hard to abide. I don't expect them to change their ways moving forward. Twattts!!

These are sharks and Auxly is bloodied water. Sadly,  barring some miracle this could well be the death nail for Auxly.

Three months of no news after a devastating Q3 Report interrupted by a clear indication of on going failure. Not a good thing. We still haven't even heard a whisper about Pre-Roll Automated Packaging that has supposedly been being installed for over two years now.

No big deal really.
No Fret.

Q4 report by the end of March right after we learn more about that Faaakin' Law Suit.

Bloody howl...

cheers
