Bombardier To Partially Redeem $500 Million In Senior Notes

08:27 AM EST, 02/14/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Bombardier Inc. (BBD-B.TO) said Tuesday that it will partially redeem $500 million principal amount of its outstanding 7.50% senior notes due 2025 on March 16.

The redemption price is 100.00% of the principal amount redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest.

The partial redemption is not related to Bombardier's cash tender offer for a portion of its 7.50% senior notes due 2025 that was announced in January.
