New Housing Data

New Housing DataSales down 37% listings up 3.3% remortgage rejections up 61% ( those that nolonger qualify because of higher rates ). New projections mortgagae rejection expected to triple over the next six months, listings expected to increase by double digit monthly as more and more of the rejected people are forced to sell, Sales are expected to drop by another 50%. Like I posted before June/July is the trigger months for massive mortgage rejections then again in Sept/Oct. The blood bath is about to start. Don't wish this on anyone. I know what it's like I went through it in the 1980's Alberta.
