RE:RE:Another Midatech Deal Coming for Bioasis??

RE:RE:Another Midatech Deal Coming for Bioasis??They don't show us the voting tabulation, G1945V, so I guess they don't have to. I don't know whether there is a freedom of information regulation or policy that can make the voting public.

When the company announces the effects of the voting, what was and was not approved, I have confidence in that reporting.

The Bioasis shareholders approved all agenda items in the recent AGM agenda, including the approval of the Midatech deal. DrDR may interpret that as a mandate to try it all over again.

It seems to me that indifference is allowing Bioasis to slip from shareholders' hands.

Someday, if xB3 is shown to be worth billions as Denali is worth, then shareholders might get it. Too many shareholders for too long have publicly moaned about how worthless Bioasis and xB3 are. I believe they are not worthless and that others are willing to take xB3 and do something with it.
