Page 29, paragraph 2 under the table. it says that as long as the purchaser (GC) owns 10 % of the priority units (assuming the ordinary units exchanged presumably to priority) the purchaser has the right to nominate 7 out of 8 trustees,

I really think that it needs to be explained better if it goes ahead and I can't see how it is legal.
