      There was hundreds of decisions of what make a drug or a device !   Big Pharma controls the politicians and I don't agree that this is a drug as it has no affect on the humam body as the product is contrast agent that is purge from the body after use.  As for management, the press release two years ago says it all as the recent video presss releases. Please don't talk !  I cannot believe that the company has not been approached for a takeover as we definately have the goods in the grounds.  Everything takes longer when you are dealing with Big Pharma and I hope that current management is up to the task.  Share price at ten cents for 200 million over five years says it all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Failure big time for now ?
