Paulo departure: Why so sudden?

I’d love to know the reasons behind the surprise announcement of Paulo’s immediate and non-orderly departure. 

Was he axed? Why so sudden?

Did he quit? Without the customary notice?

Does it have anything to do with the negotiation with Ansaldo Green Tech? How does this affect the negotiations to form a joint venture for the manufacture and commercial deployment of VRFB?

Does this have anything to do with / how does it affect the Q2-23 delivery of Largo’s inaugural VRFB for Enel? 

Any unexpected bad news relating to the mining operations?
