QUIS board is dead for now.

QUIS board is dead for now.This stock will soar the day that investment houses will decide to let it fly. Past trading practices from investment houses have spooked many that have invested in QUIS. Now fresh blood is needed to get some action going again with this stock or like I said the investment houses could make it happen. Until then it's snooze time on this stock.
