RE:RE:RE: Termination of Proposed Transaction with AESSounds like they may have known that AESI wasn't going to go public and the money is supplimental? Their relationship will probably continue whether or not AESI goes public, even if the original agreement reads differently.

I knew money would be needed for hiccups which is why I was so pissed off to see the Co. giving its top brass huge salaries and spending a ton of money on stock promotion (which has, evidently, done *nothing* for the stock price). Now these hiccups are arriving in spades and shareholders are getting diluted at 0.05, a situation which could likely get worse if Sixth Wave applies for share consolidation to appease new financers who are buying at a 100% premium if the SP stays at 0.025.

I think Sixth Wave will be investible someday, if they manage to remain listed. Clearly no time even in the last six months was that time, and I don't suspect the next six months will be that time either.
