insiders buy heavy Jan 31 2023

insiders buy heavy Jan 31 2023Per Sedi reports Jan 31, 2023:
Proust bought or exercised warrants totalling 394000 shares; Flanigan 130000 shares; Mossman 150000 shares and Vehrs  25000 shares.

Remember this is a closely held stock with insiders owning over 40%.

This indicates, to me  that they are extremely confident that this mine will be approved.

Now, there is another angle involving selling short, issuing millions in cheap options and playing the insider stock game, something which is common to a lot of junior companies. I do not know if this applies in this case but you should be aware of the possibility.

Another wrinkle is that PanAmerican Silver has bought Yamana for $9 million and Yamana at one time (don't know if it still does) owned 10% of Rise Gold. Any info about this would be appreciated.
