Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). I'd agree Kellum was brought on mainly for PMX, but his promises/ quotes on that front are just as far off. (incoming)

I'd also agree he's an academic, and that has clearly not translated into delivering anything close to acceptable enrollment numbers for PMX.

A departure would turn me into a buyer, as it would be a clear sign the company is correcting course. Which it must.
