Shorts increase

Shorts increase from   a short   prospective   potential  %age loss  is   not   high   and   in effect there  is  a riskless  cover   at     44.00   apart   from   the     2.10   per loss.    Should   the  goverment  shut  the deal down   downside   could   be   25,00?   .   Shorts   may  be averaging  up   there   short    from   say   25   to  36    as   a short   loss   from   36  to  44   cosmetically   looks  better   than   a loss   from  25  to   44 .
