One thing better than fixing big mistakes is not making any in the first place. But hey, hats off to sacrificing some shareholders for getting better terms for a private placement...just not sure that regulators would see it the same way where ultimately they are trying to create a fair playing field for all and expect fair and transparent material disclosure.
