Jasper Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing therapeutics targeting mast cell driven diseases, such as Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) and Chronic Inducible Urticaria (CIndU). The SCF/c-Kit pathway is a survival signal for mast cells. It is also developing briquilimab as a one-time conditioning therapy for severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) patients undergoing a second stem cell transplant for which it is conducting a Phase 1/2 clinical trial.
