Stopping in for a beer or twoNice to see 12 bucks dropping in to say hello and have a beer or two. PHM(VMD, QIPT) hedge is working well today and even though I'm a jagnormous fan of QIPT it looks like it will be awhile until it catches this. It will though IMO. Good luck to only long holders of PHM. Shorts, flippers, and bashers, pfffftttt.
