Gonat re: JI/JV for the Groundbirch plant. I don't see that happening. It's possible as they have a good partner for midstream, but the eventual plan is to own the plant/infrastructure for sale of asset or company. Shell or other partner would want to own/operate that plant and asset, not be a JI in the electrified plant.
