Doumdidoum I have about 6 minutes to answer this postI will answer your other questions about the .07-2.35 tomorrow.  That will take more time.
Hey, you're free to do whatever you want. I'm just saying that you need to put something in context before coming to a conclusion.

Now, since you are willing to discuss, yes I have some questions for you. Your dedication to find anything bad about our CEO is so strong, I mean digging old stories and all, and your bashing in general about him and "management" as a whole is so clear that my first question is:

  • Why did you invest money in Signal Gold if you're so upset by management?
Honestly, I do not think you will be able to kick them out so at some point you will need to accpt it or sell your shares. But if you decide to keep your shares, do you think you can find something positive about management? Let's try and see if you can answer this question:
  • What do you think about the realisations management has accomplished for Goldboro in the last year? Is it bad or good?
Let's try that first and see if we can have a discussion.

I invested in this company because I think it is undervalued by about 90 %.
I am not trying to kick management out.  I don't have that big of a stake in in.  I really don't care, and am playing with the cards that are on the table.  I am not one bit upset with management.

"Honestly, I do not think you will be able to kick them out so at some point you will need to accpt it or sell your shares. "

I have no intention to try and kick them out.  I thought I made it clear that I do intend to sell my shares.

"
But if you decide to keep your shares, do you think you can find something positive about management? Let's try and see if you can answer this question: "

I would love it if management gave me some reason to want to keep my shares long term.  There is positives.  I think that they mean well.

I can't give them a good grade on this.  They did make some steps forward.d

We are still pretty much broke even after the financing the other day.  We have no money to keep drilling.

The financing was extremely expensive and we had to put up the whole company as collateral.

If the sale of pointe rousse happens quickly,  and I mean in the next 6 months.  We have an obligation to Nebari to give them the money because they do have that as collateral towards the loan.  Perhaps the company can get that changed, but that is how it stands today.

If we were to sell point rousse just for example in the next few months.  We have an obligation to pay back the financing with the proceeds unless they can change the terms.

If that were to happen and we paid back the loan... then we gave away at least 15 million warrants for nothing (possibly more).   The shareprice will go up (that is why I bought).

We will have to give them the proceeds of the sale.  They can redeem them warrants and perhaps, or easily make 15 million on a loan of 16 million in months.

The shareprice will not stay that high the way it is being run.  So we gave them the whole company as collateral for a loan that they will likely make 100% on in a few months.

We have no money to even keep drilling.

We are paying management exorbitant salaries for what they are doing.

But the company is going nowhere quickly.  We just diluted it for a loan that we should not have needed to get.  Certainly not under those conditions.

It is a cash cow for insiders.

I invested because I am hoping and guessing that they can run the price up.  Then I will sell.

While I sell, most of the long time holders will be excited and thinking that it can go 10 times higher.  Then the price will drop again.

I think the deposit has really got the goods.  I have not seen anything in the last year or in the managements history that makes me think that they can bring it to it's full potential.

The last year was disappointing.
We don't even have the money that they could have drilled the full 4000 meters.  They had to stop because they ran out of money.

I hope it runs in the next few months.
