Document exhibitionJL latest fallacy is that the BCSC and John Thornton, during their testimony, will be required to produce "clean titles". That will not happen as it violates Chilean laws and regulations for legal procedures. Documents exhibition would need to be done under a specific court order to produce the documents, AND the documents can only be ordered to be produced by the owner of those documents. IOW, only CMN could be ordered to produce any titles it owns.
An order for document exhibition in this case would be redundant because the titles for the Tesoro and Los Amarillo concessions have already been entered into evidence. Their ownership is not in question by the Chilean courts.
