You could already settle tax losses for 2023 with suspended, halted and delisted XBC security. 

XEBEQ will also need to be removed from registered accounts as it is not eligible. I believe eTrade already requested the same from clients.

Prabhu Rao/Ivys will certainly privatize the acquired entities.
