To the clown on CEO.CAI wasn't going to respond to this but I'm bored. Taken off of CEO.CA:
"I'm still not so sure. The NPV of Ascendant is not that high. Management is selling stock. Financing could be difficult and make them dillute more. We will see, but I would nog be suppriced to see the stockprice go donw towards 20 c."
1) The NPV is excellent and will get better when the feasibilty report comes out in the next 2 months. The NPV released earlier only reflects the north zone. Stll have the south. Still have a couple on anomalies. Still have more land yet to be explored. Still have not done any deep drilling.
2) 1 person in management sold his stock from a private placement that he bought at .20. Maybe you don't understand the whole concept of buy low, sell high of investing. He took a profit. His choice. He still has over 900,00 shares from a grant of options. Learn to read a SEDI Report.
3) Difficult financing and dilution? What the hell are you talking about? They have $60,000,000 from Sprott sitting on the sidelines. They have 2/3 partners ready to join in. They're not going to dilute.
4) Share price may go to .20. I'll do you 1 better. It may go to 10. Marketmakers conrol the majority of shares and will do what is necessary until buyers show up. Or it could 10x to $2.60. Time will tell on the share price.
