the Ontario Provincail Police signed on with a licence plate reading company for the province of Ontario an guess what, it wasn't the hometown company called Route 1 but rather a U.S firm.. I thought Route 1 had a licence plate reading company ?? Surely Tony will talk about this missed opportunity.
