Thx. Do you know what the specific criteria for the PSU was? They state on the Q4 that it can range from 0% to 200% payout but I'm unclear as to the specifics and what that will mean in terms of compensation.

My understanding is the RSUs are simply the equivalent of a common share in terms of payout at least as I understand it from the Q4 report but this too I am unclear on.
