Yes that is mostly well known,do you think the institutional investors are happy with what has just happened I would bet not.
I have always promoted Mag ,I have been a Mag share holder for over 20 plus years I know lots of the old original share holders personally and they are not happy at all with what has just happened and the direction the company has taken lately, we are down almost 6 dollars in the last couple of weeks after this last financing for what ?
All I can say is they better pull a rabbit  out of a their hat real quick.
I am also not impressed with Deer Trail as well.
