RE:RE:RE:VoltaXplore’s value ?Hello Dumont
It is NanoXplore representatives who have some most specific catching up to do, in comparison to Global Graphene Group ("G3") and said company's representatives having previously hived off the battery materials IP and now seking to RTO their way into a $900 Million NASDAQ listing of said company's Honeycomb Graphene Battery asset.
Dr. Bor Jang and Co have the patents and now have a expected $900 Million valuation to flaunt and, more importantly, will have Honeycomb Graphene Battery's status as a Nadaq listed equities issuer to "leverage" in quickly acquiring G3's way into whichever business segment Dr Bor Jang &Co would like to utilize in order to monetize, by way of commercializing, G3's vast graphene centric IP portfolio and know how.
You'll note that back in 2000 or early 2001 I susgested that Mr. Nazarpour &Co would do well to seek to successfully nip the XG Science issue in the bud, so to speak.
Clearly, Mr. Nazarpour and Co have since done exactly that and afterward suggested that the company doing so solidified NanoXplore's IP standing and ensured that other company's would now be in a position of infringing upon NanoXplore's previously developed IP and it's now aqcuired XG Sciences IP as well.
You would also note that even before my having suggested that Mr. Nazarpour &Co should take care of the XG Sciences issue, I suggested that NanoXplore and Martinrea International representatives should do well to seek out a "industrial titan" with whom to partner with and allow such a industrial titan to purchase approximately 40% of VoltaXplore's equity, perhaps by way of a specifically convertible and series A capital financing of the co-owned initial 2GWh VoltaXplore graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing enterprise.
I also stated that after such a described and requisite capital finance transaction was undertaken with a certain "industrial titan" and after the VoltaXplore enterprise was duly loaded with more than enough invested capital, the three companies, i.e. NanoXplore, Martinrea and the introduced industrial titan, should collectively and immediately pursue a U.S markets IPO of approximately 20% of the discribed VoltaXplore corporate enterprise. I suggested that doing so would allow the greater equities markets participants to extrapolate and put a dollar figure to the projectable value of the 60% ownership of VoltaXplore which both NanoXplore and Martinrea would equally be controlling.
Two out of my trifecta of Quebec, Canada based publicly listed corporations are most specifically being lined up to do precisely what I had long proposed NanoXplore and Martinrea representatives sould do, as pertains to necessarily expediting the develpment of the downstream operating graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing "investment" enterprise named VoltaXplore.
When you, Dumont, suggested "Voltaxplore may have some catching up to do", that was a serious understatement on your part.
Finally, to your second point being that Honeycomb Graphene Battery will need to purchase their graphene from someone", I will tell you that I don't know that either Global Graphene Group (G3) or Honeycomb Graphene Battery acually utilize NanoXplore's graphene powder nor do I know that NanoXplore technical representatives would have been working with Dr. Bor Jang &Co either over at Global Graphene Group or at Honeycomb Graphene Battery to qualify NanoXplore's own graphene powder.
Believe me Dumont, I would pray and hope that it would be the case that NanoXplore had long been closely working with either those people over at Global Graphene Group (G3) or Honeycomb Graphene Battery, in order to qualify NanoXplore's manufactured graphene products for use in the battery materials products being introduced to the U.S. market on behalf of said companies and their stakeholders.
In closing, I will simply remind readers that NanoXplore's granted and secured USEPA "Consent Order" is now clearly considered "a tool of persuasion", this given what Honeycomb Graphene Battery and others acting similarly are intending to manufacture within or import and commercialize within the U.S and Canada going forward.
We note the USEPA granted "Consent Order" provides NanoXplore with a exclusive negotiating position, with which to convince U.S operating industries wide players intending to manufacture within the U.S. or import and commercialize certain "specifically not USEPA certified" graphene compised products within the U.S that they need to arrive at "a negotiated understanding", i.e. a "reciprocal business relationship" and/or a jointly beneficial partnership with NanoXplore.
