"The Trans Mountain project, which by the way isn’t built yet, was supposed to be in-service in December of 2019 . . . We’ve got the best lane out of town."

I woulkd add that by the time the TMX is open the global demand for WCS oil may just eat up all that extra egress without so  much as a hiccup.
