Verde AgriTech Ltd is an agricultural technology company that produces potash fertilizers. The principal activity of the Company is the production and sale of a multi-nutrient potassium fertilizer marketed in Brazil under the brands K Forte and BAKS, Silicio Forte, and internationally as Super Greensand (the Product). Its technologies are Cambridge Tech, 3D Alliance, MicroS Technology, N Keeper, and Bio Revolution.

RE:Verde Agritech - A takeover coming soon? I view a takeover as  a very low probability event. Listen closely to the conf calls and you'll understand this company is in the early innings. Selling now would be an extraordinarily short sighted act.  Cris is young, excited and motivated with his sights set on much bigger numbers than anything a MOS or NTR would offer in the near term. All imo.
