Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. Companies don't confirm when they apply. Only when they receive an official response.

It's a good thing as it keeps the shorts on the heels. So it prevents them of manipulating the stock. The current situation is one good example. Nobody sells and shorts don't want to take chances as they are in the dark. This strengthens the stock price. Anyone that wants to get in has to pay a higher price. All to the advantage of the longs.
