Sounds like they're making progerss on Escobal. Phase 3?It says they submitted the progress report to the Supreme Court of Guatemala - on the PAAS website it appears that is a condition for Phase 3. It isn't clear if it is now in Phase 3 or still in Phase 2?

If Phase 3 that's a pretty big deal!
