@RustyNut Found some support for "changed location of Dross Processing Facility" that seems to support a delay. Look at this guy's "Projects" Page and scroll down until you see his two Dross Processing projects, https://www.linkedin.com/in/grsial/details/projects/ This one says they changed the location. This next link isn't as sexy, just that he worked on the feasibility study.

@peacefultrader Moving from OSBL to ISBL seams like they are trying to saving the cost on transportation of Dross

@RustyNut I had to look what OSBL vs ISBL meant. For the noobs like me it's basically Inside the Plant (ISBL) and Outside (OSBL) Thanks @Peacefultrader for pointing that out. I didn't think it meant much but it does. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/isbl-osbl-brif-h-hosseinpour/ and it supports the narrative we've heard, but without details.
