The stock is trading $.01 USD. The company has debt obligations it can't pay. The company had years to sell its platform but couldn't find anyone to do it. You make it out that all of these issues suddenly just popped up and now debt holders are trying to steal xb3. The lack of interest in xb3 has been going on for years and it's this lack of interest that has put the company in this position. Yeah, rathjen is a do nothing failure of a ceo but when your platform has no real utility, what can you expect. Yeah, MTP is constantly brought up. Why? It's a junkie penny biotech stock so it's certainly not that impressive they had an interest in xb3. One junk biotech looking at another junk biotech. And oh yeah, mtp is almost bankrupt too. Yeah, mtp is a real winner. Clock is ticking. Game is almost over.
