RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:leo It says right on the release it's "sponsored" by Yfi. And as usual you pull out the "why would company X do this if they weren't going to be working with yfi" trope. You've said this dozens of times. To no end result.
There's clearly something you're missing here. Any experience doing business. You've read some stuff. You have thoughts. But you've never sat in a room. Let me give you a scenario. Yfi does some testing. It's with LG. As part of the deal Yfi asks if someone could do a joint presentation to publicize results. LG says sure we can have a guy do and hour with you. Now 2 years later they get it organized.
You see Tommy you take everything as some sort of sign. You think everything has a larger meaning. Sometimes it's just a throw away business thing. Having never been in the room I guess you can't see it. I once did 8 presentations in 8 cities over a 2 week period with a tech partner who wanted us to talk about how we were deploying their DB product. Didn't want to do it. But someone agreed to it and I was on the hook. Worst part about it was by the end I loathed steak and red wine. Which I actually really like. Those guys couldn't pass a Morton's or Ruth's without a 3 hour visit.
