Some shareholders...I'd like to know, as some others do, whether any shareholders will benefit more than others if Bioasis is sold off to Midatech or to some other entity.
Are there any shareholders who have agreed to vote their shares in support of scenarios in which will they benefit in some way by sticking with the buying company, and have they agreed to keep quiet about it all?
Things have been so weird for the last 15 to 18 months, and some shareholders are acting so weird, that questions are obvious.
And, of course, if any shareholders have made agreements for their support, with whom did they make the agreements, the sellers, the buyers, or both?
What's the silence all about? Why is there such an apparent lack of passion and outrage? How did the entire AGM agenda get approved after the company had just taken a tumble from 17¢ to 3¢, and a tumble to 1¢ today?
We've all seen and been part of stock market failures, but I've never seen one with such a high potential, whose IP has never failed and that can be a part of such a huge commercial space, that is failing with no visible wounds or illness, other than that mommy doesn't appear to be feeding it.
Are there shareholders who have sold out, or have they simply given up? I'm sick of it all, too, but there are still some battles to wage. And I'm not naming anybody, so I'm not making allegations. I'm asking questions about some things that are difficult to explain.
