Jimmy,
check the link for AHIP Feb distribution. It is 100 percent dividend. It was close to 100% return of capital in 2022 (No Withholding tax in 2022). Withholding tax is only on the dividend portion. That means there will be withholding tax (15%) in 2023. The withholding tax can deduct in the tax return as prepaid tax.
