Valeura Energy Inc. is an upstream oil and gas company engaged in the production, development, and exploration of petroleum and natural gas in the Gulf of Thailand and the Thrace Basin of Turkiye. RE:RE:RE:Big Move, Low VolumeOverertune…..this is not the time for any type of dividend from VLE. Too early; first they need to sort out what they bought & actually finalize this deal. They also need to evaluate sustainability of all operations and see firsthand if there is some extra to pay out as dividends.  For mature field’s like they got those margins can be dicey. They also would have to set some money for optimization of those fields (new drilling, new equipment/technology or modernize facilities). Additionally VLE must spend some money to move abandoning liabilities farther into the future just to avoid monumental costs to abandon those wells. I hope I’m wrong but when deal looks too good to be true……often is.
Still, this deal looks promising but it will take time to realize full potential here.
