RE:RE:RE:RE:"Nearing 90 patient interim enrollment" I know of a company where investors paid salaries for 10+ years to create documentation, get regulatory approvals, pay salaries, create a framework and organizational structure... in the end when they appeared to be completely bankrupt... they rolled back, and the share price got completely and utterly decimated.
It went from 1.20 to 3 cents and then there was a surprise non brokered financing where "friends and family" participated and in the end they owned everything for pennies on the dollar.
All the money raised previously meant nothing when the market cap hit $2-3M and that the last round of financing was done. Diluted $30-40M in capital raised to 10% ownership with a, I think, $6M equity/warrant raise.
You think it can't happen here!?? Maybe not. Lol
