RE:not necessarily a done deal As far as i know, it's 66 % of expressed votes. That 22 % mean nothing. Better off saying 8 337 691 shares. So to the vote not passing, it's need 16 675 382 shares that vote no. There is 37 490 000 shares not owned by glencore. There is 8 337 691 of them that surely will vote in favor. So 67 % of non glencore share need to vote and 100 % of those need to vote no. If 5 % say yes, then 78 % of non glencore share need to vote and 67 % need to vote no. (16 675 382 VS 19 518 097)
The limit is if 11 % of non glencore vote in favor and 100 % of shares vote.
11 % of non glencore voting in favor is 12 461 591 FOR and 24 923 182 AGAINST.
What i'm affraid is this scenario :
9 000 000 FOR
4 000 000 AGAINST
That's what i'm affraid off..
