RE:Boy did Paul sell out nicely. The value of his options drop at the same rate for him as our shares do for us. Only difference is that he has alot more shares than us. Our interests are aligned. Options become shares. The only argument is whether he should get them in the first place. They were awarded 5 years ago. You really should just sell and move on. You don't like management. Don't expect much will change, actually management rewards will most likely increase the closer we get to selling.
