All these venture/Vancouver companies use the "whole secrecy thing" to cover for poor planning, executrion and fiduary duty. It is so easy to catch them with their pants down like missing permits, 3rd party reports and videos of the operation.

Ask for a redacted copy of the contract with a major company, they dumby up. "Oh, the major doesn't want their name disclosed becuase our share price will go up and will pay more us". HORSE HOCKEY.
