I received this e-mail yesterday.  Thought I would share here.  I don't post much but I continue to hold a significant position in Zentek.

Good morning, it has been almost 5 years since the shareholders of Zenyatta Ventures voted to take the company in a different direction.  The Albany Graphite deposit was a large and very rare vein graphite deposit as we all know.  We also knew that the vein graphite converted to high quality graphene quite easily, so it was no surprise when the new leaders chose to develop a graphene business to make use of the Albany Graphite.  A lot has happened since those early days, including a few name changes.  From Zenyatta Venture to ZEN Graphene to Zen Graphene Solutions to Zentek today.  

 

The company has endured some tough times including almost going bankrupt to raising $30 million back in January of 2021 to fund a growing research and development network and a one-of-a-kind nano-tech manufacturing facility in Guelph ON to produce a its lead product ZenGuard.  This facility is capable of producing 26 tons of ZenGuard annually, which is sufficient to coat the equivalent of 700 million masks per month at an approximate profit of 5 cents per mask equivalent.  

 

ZenGuard is a graphene oxide and silver nitrate based coating that we use to coat Level 3 surgical masks and recently Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) filters.  The ZenGuard product has been approved by Health Canada for use on surgical masks in Canada.  The ZenGuard product captures and deactivates all pathogens including viruses, fungal and bacteria.  Zenguard was discovered by a Zentek funded researcher at UBC late in 2020. 

 

I have no idea whether you are still an owner or have sold out your position over the past 5 years.  The last three press releases have been forming a very bullish picture for the company.  The Albany deposit is being spun out into a separate company,  Phase II results from NRC for the efficacy of ZenGuard coated HVAC filters and the result from two years of testing of a new product called ZenArmour.  Take a moment and read these three PR's, and last but not least, a recent interview with the Executive Chairman, Francis Dube.  The companies Executive Chairman Francis Dube is excited and believes we are at the cusp of generating significant revenues as best in class products in massive markets.  Thanks for your past and or current support.  The best is yet to come!
